Our Builder / Director meets with you to understand and help develop your needs and specific requirements. A same day quotation will be provided.
One of our experienced Architects and/or Interior Designers will liaise with you for design inspiration and ideas, developing a customised Concept Design with 3D Renders. This will provide you with a visual understanding of what your new home or renovation will look like.
Once the Concept Design is agreed and finalised our Designer will move ahead with developing detailed design drawings and specifications. They will liaise with you in relation to product and finishes selections and provide a final design pack for review and sign off.
An industry standard contract will be issued and is to be signed off by all parties along with a project specific Home Warranty Insurance Policy where applicable.
A site meeting will be held with the Builder / Director where you will be introduced to your own dedicated Site Manager, who will take you through the construction programme, any site specific requirements and what to expect during the build.
We understand the stresses and complexity that can come with the construction of your new home and renovation, it is our goal to make this process an enjoyable time to remember. Regular site meetings will be held to take you through each step of your build and to answer any questions that may arise.
Our time to shine. Your dedicated Site Manager will arrange a professional style and photograph session to document our high level of craftsmanship. We will finally host a handover meeting to run you through the operation of your new home or renovation.
We won't be running away, your dedicated Site Manager will remain contactable for any issues that may arise and will attend to them in a prompt and proactive manor giving you ultimate peace of mind.
